First, we will provide you with a quote. Quotes are free of charge. We
offer quotes for up to 5 pieces of music (up to 10 pieces of music for
repeat customers).
Please contact us with your desired production details via the Inquiry and Quote Request Form. After submitting the form, please provide the sound source or sheet music
of the piece you want an estimate using the methods below.
When creating audio files, please make them as high quality as possible
(with the highest possible bitrate, sampling rate, and bit resolution).
Preferred formats include WAV, FLAC, MP3 (320kbps), and AAC (320kbps) among
others. Please be advised that if the transcription difficulty of your
requested piece is high, the production fees may significantly vary depending
on the recording condition and audio quality.

Please contact us with your desired production details via the Inquiry and Quote Request Form. After submitting the form, please send the sound source or sheet music
of the piece you want an estimate for to the address below.
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If you
wish to have the source material returned, we will also charge you for
the return shipping.
After receiving the form and audio files, sheet music, etc., we will provide
you with a quote, usually within one business day, and contact you via
email. We will present the production fees for each piece and instrument
(part).
The validity period of the quote is two years from the date of notification.
If you agree with the quote details, please make a payment for the production
fees using a credit card or PayPal. If you wish to change the quote details,
please contact us via email. We will provide a new quote. If we do not
receive a response within two years after the quote notification, the quote
will be invalidated.

Your application will be confirmed upon full payment of the production
fees. Once the payment is confirmed, we will send you an email to confirm
the receipt of payment within one business day.
As soon as the requested work is completed, we will send you a completion
notification email and deliver the finished sheet music using the method
you specified.
Please note that the audio files and other materials provided for the quotation
process will be retained by our company for a period of five years following
completion, after which they will be disposed of.

The "Price & Delivery Date Specified Order" is a service
where we offer a 10% discount on the price if the customer specifies a condition like "I will place an order if it can be delivered within JPY XX and by
XX day XX month." Other discount services (Multiple Part Order Discount, Multiple Piece
Order Discount, Total Order Amount Discount) will also be applied.
With this method, before the quotation, you will first pay the upper limit
amount in the form of a "provisional payment."
If, as a result of the quotation, the production cost is below the provisional
payment and the delivery date meets the specified date, the contract will
be established. The difference between the provisional payment and the
actual price will be held by our company until your next order.
If, as a result of the quotation, the production cost exceeds the provisional
payment or the delivery date does not meet the specified date, the contract
will not be established. In this case, our company will hold the full amount
of the provisional payment until your next request. After the contract
is deemed unsuccessful, you can still switch to the regular quotation process
and apply again.
The advantages for customers of this "Price & Delivery Date Specified
Order" are that the price is 10% cheaper than the regular quotation
and the delivery date is shortened by 1-2 business days compared to the
regular quotation.
The disadvantage for customers of this method is that they cannot change
the request content midway. In the case of a regular quotation, for example,
you can freely request additional quotations for various patterns, such
as applying for only song A, only song B, or adding a quotation for song
C, after receiving a quotation for songs A and B. However, with the "Price
& Delivery Date Specified Order," you cannot change the production
content specified initially.
The advantage for our company with the "Price & Delivery Date
Specified Order" is that we can efficiently allocate sheet music production
time for customers in a hurry.
We understand that some people may be worried that specifying an upper
limit for the price would result in a higher price than originally intended.
However, our quotations are based on our company's unified standards, and
we do not manipulate prices. The purpose of implementing this service is
to benefit both parties based on mutual trust. However, since the sheet
music production fees vary greatly depending on the piece of music, we
generally recommend new customers to request a regular quotation.
First, please contact us with your desired production details through the
Inquiry & Quote Request Form. In the "Order Method" section, please choose option 2, "Price
& Delivery Date Specified Order." After submitting the form, please
send us the audio files, sheet music, or other media files of the requested
piece as soon as possible.
We will send you an email confirming the receipt of your application. Please
pay the specified maximum production cost as a "provisional payment"
via credit card payment or PayPal payment.

We will provide a quotation. A 10% discount for the Price & Delivery
Date Specified Order will be applied to the production cost.
If the production cost is less than or equal to the provisional payment,
and the delivery date meets the specified date:

- Application date = date of provisional payment arrival
In this case, the difference between the provisional payment and the production
cost will be held by our company until your next request.
If the production cost exceeds the provisional payment, the delivery date
does not meet the specified date, or the quotation is not possible due
to unclear customer's production requirements:

In this case, the full amount of the provisional payment will be held by
our company until your next request. If you wish, you can switch to the
regular quotation process as well.

For instance, if a customer specifies the transcription of a song "A"
with a cost of JPY 7,000 or less and a delivery date within 2 weeks, they
will first make a provisional payment of JPY 7,000 using the "Price
& Delivery Date Specified Order Method." Afterward, we will provide
a quotation. If the transcription cost for song "A" is normally
JPY 6,000 and it can be produced within 2 weeks, both the cost and delivery
date meet the customer's specified conditions, so the application will
be established. The production cost will be discounted by 10% to JPY 5,400,
and the difference of JPY 1,600 between the provisional payment and the
actual cost will be held by our company until the next request.
If the quotation results show that the transcription cost for song "A"
is normallyJPY 7,500 and it can be produced within 2 weeks, the cost will
be discounted by 10% to JPY 6,750. In this case, the application will also
be established, and the difference of 250 yen between the provisional payment
and the actual cost will be held by our company until the next request.
On the other hand, if the quotation results show that the transcription
cost for song "A" is normally JPY 8,000, even with a 10% discount,
the cost becomes JPY 7,200, exceeding the customer's specified maximum
amount. In this case, the application will not be established. The full
provisional payment of JPY 8,000 will be held by our company until the
next request.
Also, if the delivery date does not meet the desired conditions (for example,
in this case, if the delivery date ends up being 3 weeks), the application
will not be established, and the full provisional payment will be held
by our company until the next request. |
