WINDS SHEET MUSIC was founded in January 1998 in Japan with the launch of a website called "Transcription Service for Any Genre." During my college days, I was deeply involved in band activities, and I gradually began to question the accuracy of commercially available band scores. It dawned on me that they were not penned by the composers themselves, but transcribed by someone else based on the sound sources. From then on, I decided to rely less on such scores and instead began to perform my own transcribing. As the number of requests for improvisational accompaniment increased, I gradually refined my unique approach to arranging music. At university, I mainly analyzed chord progressions from my own unique perspective. Believing that these experiences, knowledge, and skills could be of great help to many, I initiated this transcription and arrangement business.

In the early days of the business, transcriptions were done by hand from cassette tapes. Subsequently, we introduced the music notation software Finale and cutting-edge sound modules, persistently pursuing the creation of top-tier scores and MIDI productions.

Cancellation Fee	Before application: No cancellation fee will be charged. After application: ・Midpoint between contract date and completion date: 10% of total fees ・From the day after the midpoint between contract date and completion date: Cancellations cannot be accepted. Please notify us of the cancellation by email. After receiving your cancellation request, we will refund the total amount of your payment minus the cancellation fee within three business days. Please note that we will deduct a payment processing fee of 3.2% of the total payment amount at the time of the contract plus JPY 40 from the refund.
Delivery Guarantee	In the unlikely event that we cannot complete the requested production within the agreed completion date, you can choose to cancel the contract with a full refund of the paid amount plus 10% of the fees as a penalty, or continue the contract with a 10% reduction in fees. If you choose to cancel the contract, please contact us after the expiration of the completion date. If the notice of contract cancellation from the customer to our company and the notice of production completion from our company to the customer are crossed, we will proceed with the delivery at a 10% discount. We will process the refund within one week of the contract cancellation date or delivery date.
Contract Guarantee	If the provision of sheet music becomes impossible due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, we will invalidate the contract and refund the full amount. In addition, if the performance of the contract becomes impossible due to reasons attributable to our company, such as equipment failure, we will refund the full amount and pay 10% of the fees as a penalty.
Product Shipping Period	Sheet music & MIDI production: We will inform you in the email with the estimate and after the application is completed. Correspondence course: 2 business days after the application date
Product Delivery Method	Email attachment of data files (PDF, MP3 files, etc.) / Shipping of printed sheet music, music CDs, data CDs, etc.
Product Warranty	We strive to ensure the accuracy of the content of the sheet music and other materials provided, but if there are any defects such as missing pages, typographical errors, or damage, we will promptly send a replacement at no charge and cover the shipping cost if you contact us within 5 years of the completion date. If you feel there is an error in the content of the sheet music or other materials provided, please contact us with the relevant details within 5 years of the sheet music completion date, and we will promptly reconfirm the product content and send a revised version for free if necessary.
Disclaimer	We take great care in managing and packaging the sound source media and other materials you send us for sheet music production, but we kindly ask for your understanding in the event of any damage or data loss.
